Any way to customise the .ms-navheader so that they can be unique? ie. each a different style

I'm not sure what you mean since there are severl uses of the class .ms-navheader. There are tables and spans with the class. Since these are classes, it's not possible to make much distinction except for using :firstChild, or using some JavaScript to iterate over a collection of document nodes.
